Pool and Clubhouse

Enjoy all your sunny afternoons lounging by the pool which is included in your annual homeowners dues. The facility has a secured gate for entry and is staffed by lifeguards during normal hours of operation to be determined each summer. The pool is fenced and there are restroom facilities on site. There are plenty of tables and chairs, so plan to stay awhile.
The Landing also has its own competitive swim team and is host to meets a couple of times each season. Many of our residents have their children on The Landing Gators Swim Team. Our opponents include Palisades, Baxter, Tega Cay, Shiland and Rock Hill Country Club Swim Teams.
Both the clubhouse and pool can be rented separately or together for your next function. The quaint clubhouse has a well equipped kitchen perfect for entertaining.
